Congratulations to Holly Breedlove – Shop Manager

We are proud to announce the promotion of Holly Breedlove to ShopManager.

Holly has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for helping both our technicians and customers. In her new role, she will oversee the daily operations of our service shop, mentor and develop our technicians, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure every vehicle is repaired with the highest level of quality and care.

Her leadership will also focus on technician development, improving repair efficiency, maintaining shop organization, coordinating training initiatives, and strengthening collaboration between the service and parts departments.

Welcome Ron Reed – Fixed Operations Director

We are also excited to welcome Ron Reed as our new Fixed Operations Director, overseeing both our Service and Parts Departments.

Ron brings more than 30 years of automotive fixed operations leadership experience, having successfully led high-performing service and parts operations for some of the industry's most recognized automotive brands. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for improving customer satisfaction, increasing productivity, developing high-performing teams, and creating positive dealership cultures focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
